ALL SEACREST, ALL THE TIME: You say you don’t quite get enough of Ryan Seacrest? Never fear—the Idol host/KIIS-FM jock/etc. is in preliminary talks with CAA and AEG about creating a lifestyle- and pop-culture-skewing cable network, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Seacrest will most likely be an on-air presence, but he probably won’t be the face of it—c’mon, dude’s already stretched really thin, what with his additioal gigs as executive producer/co-anchor of E! News and one of the executive producers of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. (10/8a)
