A CHANCE AT STARDOM: Justin Bieber’s suddenly looking rather long in the tooth with the arrival of 13-year-old singer/pianist and YouTube wunderkind Greyson Chance, whose first single, “Waiting Outside the Lines,” has just been serviced by Interscope. The seventh grader’s cover of Lady Gaga’s “Papaazzi” became a viral sensation earlier this year, racking up north of 32 million views to date. Interestingly, Chance’s management duties are being shared by Guy Oseary and the Gaga’s Troy Carter, while the recently low-profile Ron Fair (who was still Geffen Chairman last we heard) is producing the album. Here’s the clip that put Greyson on the map—and check out that vibrato. (10/28a)
