MORE MURRAY: A doctor for the L.A. County Coroner's Office testified today, even if Michael Jackson injected himself with the fatal dose of Propofol, Dr. Conrad Murray would still be guilty of homicide. Dr. Christopher Rogers testified that Murray had no business administering the drug outside a hospital setting, especially without appropriate medical equipment, claiming, given Jackson’s dependence on the drug and the fact Murray left him alone in the room with access to the drug, it constitutes a homicide. In other trial news, there was testimony that Michael threatened to skip rehearsals if the Doc didn't provide him with the dose. Other reports say he threatened to cancel actual shows, bringing into question the actions of AEG Live, which hired Murray in the first place. (1/11p)
