More Jersey Shore Ratings

SHORE THING: MTV’s Jersey Shore continues to rack up big ratings for Van Toffler and company. Last Thursday’s second episode of the third season was the network’s most watched series telecast ever, topping the previous week’s premiere by 117k viewers, delivering 8.6 million total viewers, up 2% from the 8.45 million registered by the season debut. The show averaged an 8.5 p12-34 and 6.6 million viewers, up 2% from the previous week’s 8.3 and 6.5 million viewers in the same demo. That’s a lot of guidos and guidettes, folks. (1/17p)
