BUCKINGHAM PALACE: Lindsey Buckingham will be awarded the ASCAP Golden Note Award during the org’s sixth annual “I Create Music” Expo, then give a rare interview focusing on his record-breaking career as a songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist and member of Fleetwood Mac. The three-day event takes place April 28-30 at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel in L.A., CA. The honor is presented to songwriters, composers and artists with extraordinary career milestones. Past honorees include Tom Petty, Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Garth Brooks, among others. (2/28p)
