CLOUD FORMATION: Best Buy Music Cloud lets users stream their music to multiple device including computers, phones and tablets. The new service also allows users to save songs locally to devices for offline play for when you don’t have coverage, and a practical aspect considering the rising cost of data usage. According to Digital Trends, it looks like there will be a limited free version and a subscription “pro” version with more features and storage. Ironically, you can’t use the new service if you don’t have iTunes installed; it won’t upload from Windows Media Player or a folder/directory on your desktop. A Best Buy blog post will help you install the software. (6/22a)
