AUSTIN TESTS CITY LIMITS: Stevie Wonder, Arcade Fire, Coldplay, Kanye West, My Morning Jacket and Fleet Foxes are the headliners for the 10th annual Austin City Limits Music Festival, which takes place in that city’s Zilker Park on Sept. 16-18. Only single-day tickets remain, with Elist pre-sale ($185), Early Bird ($165) and Souvenir three-day passes ($50) all sold out. Also on the bill: Alison Krauss and Union Station, The Airborne Toxic Event, Bright Eyes, Randy Newman, Skrillex, Gillian Welch, Foster the People, Bright Eyes, Social Distortion, Cee Lo, Empire of the Sun, TV on the Radio, Ray LaMontagne, Elbow and Courtyard Hounds, among others.
