ACLU Honors Troy Carter

GET CARTER: Lady Gaga manager Troy Carter will receive the ACLU’s prestigious Bill of Rights Award at the organization’s annual dinner at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in L.A. on Monday, Dec. 12. Political street artist Shepard Fairey will be a special guest. Open Road Films CEO Tom Ortenberg and actor/activist Olivia Wilde will also receive the honor for their contributions in preserving civil liberties and equal rights.
