VICTORY ON STANDBY: Leading indie Standby Records, home of acts like Black Veiil Brides, Dot Dot Curve, Hope Dies Last and Settle the Sky, has renewed its exclusive digital and physical distribution agreement with Victory Records, which is now expanded for the world. The label was founded by Neil Sheehan, who called Victory Distribution “a great partner.” Added Victory’s Tony Brummel: "We are very happy to be expanding upon our already successful relationship. We helped establish Rise and Sumerian Records in their early stages and will continue to do the same for Standby and our other partners. Now forgive me while I watch EMI’s sale price continue to drop.” (9/15p)
