BMG Chrysalis-Happy Walters deal

CHRISTMAS PRESENCE: It appears that some business actually got done over the break. Lionel Conway, who heads the creative team at BMG Chrysalis (as parent company BMG Rights Management refers to its West Coast operation, which now also includes Bug Music), and Happy Walters, repping Relativity Film Co., entered into a long-term pact involving all the movie soundtracks released by Relativity. The pair then celebrated by hoisting spiked eggnogs. The deal was finalized during the holidays. (1/4a)
