GETTING FIRED: Our good friend, Dengue Fever manager and all-around nice guy Josh Mills, head of his own It’s Alive Media PR and management agency, was one of the victims of last week’s Hollywood arsonist. His 2000 BMW, parked outside his home on a quiet Valley Village street, was torched in the early morning hours of Dec. 31. Luckily, the car fire didn’t spread to Mills’ house. Among the residences damaged in the arson case was Jim Morrison’s fabled “Love Street” Laurel Canyon home, which he shared with wife Pamela. Our own Roy Trakin attended a party there last summer, which he described here. Suspect Harry Burkhart, who was in the U.S. from Germany on a legal visa about to expire in two weeks, is being held in connection with the series of fires set over the last week of the year in the area.
