Additionally, LDR’s videos have now registered 80 million views, the number rising by 10 million every week. If the controversy surrounding Del Rey can result in numbers like these, it’ll behoove the majors to try to sign more acts capable of polarizing the media and consumers to a similar degree of intensity—you can’t buy that kind of exposure.
