Crow Flies to Nick, Columbia
AS THE CROW FLIES: The X Factor’s cherubic singing sensation Rachel Crow has signed a TV deal with Nickelodeon and a recording contract with Simon Cowell's Columbia imprint Syco, it was announced by Nickelodeon EVP Talent Strategy & West Coast Ops. Paula Kaplan. As part of the pact, the network is developing a comedy series for the 14-year-old as well as featuring her in the new series, Fred: The Show. (2/22p)
