ATTRIBUTION, PLEASE: “Multiple sources tell Billboard.biz that Capitol [Nashville]'s President/CEO Mike Dungan will soon be moving over to Universal Nashville,” read the lead in a story posted on the site Thursday afternoon. That’s big news—but the bible thumpers would’ve known that months ago if they’d been reading I.B. Bad. This item from mid-December: “Capitol Nashville ruler Mike Dungan…is rumored to be getting a label deal from [Lucian] Grainge.” (2/24a)
