Bieber Lets Fans Decide

JUSTIN TIME: Justin Bieber is asking fans to choose between two pics of himself on Twitter, with the winner gracing the cover of his new single, “Boyfriend,” which hits March 26. Fans can tweet using the hashtags #JBboyfriend1 or #JBboyfriend2 to vote for their favorite. Bieber’s new Island Def Jam album, Believe, is set to come out later this year, with reported contributions from Drake, Adam Levine, will.i.am and Lil Wayne. (3/19a)
