She Signed Of Monsters & Men

HEATING UP ICELAND: Congrats to Universal Republic VP A&R Maureen Kenny for her signing of Iceland’s Of Monsters and Men, whose debut album, My Head Is an Animal, bowed at #6 on today’s HITS Album sales chart. Kenny is lovely, talented and extremely bright, though that doesn't explain why she married our own David Bason, who doesn’t qualify as any one of those, but, to his credit, is breathing. (4/10p)
