CMT noms
COUNTRY IS A STATE OF MIND: Carrie Underwood leads the field at the 2012 CMT Music Awards with five nominations, one more than Miranda Lambert. Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton, Taylor Swift, Thompson Square and genre-transcending duo The Civil Wars picked up three apiece. The nominations were announced this morning on The Today Show. The 11th edition of the CMT Awards and will air live from Nashville on June 6 on CMT and CMT.com. (4/23a)
