Grammys return to Staples

IT’S OFFICIAL: The 55th Annual Grammy Awards will once again take place at Staples Center, NARAS confirmed. The date is Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, and the eligibility period is Oct. 1, 2011, to Sept. 30 of this year. The Academy also announced that the cleverly titled The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! – Countdown to Music's Biggest Night will air live (on the East Coast, that is) on Wednesday, Dec. 5. Both will be telecast by the Grammys’ long-term partner CBS. (5/31a)
