INgrooves Fontana Dominate Indie, Retail Chart

IN THE GROOVES: INgrooves Fontana clients boast a whopping 20%--40 albums—on the Top 200 Independent Albums chart. Since the acquisition by INgrooves of Fontana, 12 albums have debuted in the Top 10 of the indie round-up. Since March, INgrooves Fontana have hade three albums debut in the Top 10 of the overall album chart, including Marilyn Manson’s Born Villain, Silversun Pickups’ Neck of the Woods and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros’ Here. This week saw the company’s Rock of Ages (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Album) enter at #16 on the HITS Top 50. “The performance of our labels’ releases on the charts has been extraordinary,” sai Founder/CEO Robb McDaniels. “It’s a testament to the talent and focus of our combined teams that they have been able to integrate so effectively over the past three months.
