ITUNES CHARTS UPDATE: Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” has staying power, holding onto the top spot on the singles chart. Snapping at her heels is Katy Perry’s “Wide Awake,” followed by Maroon 5’s “Payphone” f/Wiz Khalifa, Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know,” Usher’s “Scream,” Ellie Goulding’s “Lights,” Pitbull’s “Back in Time” (from Men in Black 3), Rihanna’s “Where Have You Been,” David Guetta & Sia’s “Titanium” and One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful.” While Justin Bieber is a no-show, his new Believe is #1 (for the $13.99 deluxe edition) and #7 (for the $11.99 standard version on the album chart, in a leaderboard packed with debuts. Next is Kenny Chesney’s Welcome to the Fishbowl, with Smashing Pumpkins’ Oceana at #3, while Fiona Apple’s The Idler Wheel… holds down both #4 ($12.99 deluxe) and #6 ($9.99 standard).
