Snapping at her heels is Katy Perry’s “Wide Awake,” followed by Maroon 5’s “Payphone” f/Wiz Khalifa, Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know,” Usher’s “Scream,” Ellie Goulding’s “Lights,” Pitbull’s “Back in Time” (from Men in Black 3), Rihanna’s “Where Have You Been,” David Guetta & Sia’s “Titanium” and One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful.” While Justin Bieber is a no-show, his new Believe is #1 (for the $13.99 deluxe edition) and #7 (for the $11.99 standard version on the album chart, in a leaderboard packed with debuts.
