Scott Lindy Upped at Lincoln

LINDY’S LINCOLN RISE: Veteran programming exec Scott Lindy has been named Director of Operations at Lincoln Financial Media in Atlanta, reporting to SVP/GM Rick Mack. In this post, he will oversee programming, promotions and marketing for WSTR-FM (Star 94), WQXI-AM (790 The Zone), and the Atlanta Falcons Radio Network (AFRN). Lindy will continue to serve as PD at WSTR, a position he has held since Oct. 2010, most recently guiding it to become Atlanta’s top-rated Hot AC station. In his new role, he will also join with WQXI PD and AFRN executive producer Bob Richards in refusing all of our own Todd Hensley’s Facebook friend requests. (7/19p)
