Two Door Cinema Club Video Debuts

VIRAL VIDEO OF THE DAY: Following Two Door Cinema Club vocalist Alex Trimble’s stunning performance at the Olympic Opening Ceremony in London last week, the band unveiled the video for the first single, “Sleep Alone,” from their new album, Beacon, which comes out Sept. 4 on Daniel Glass' red-hot Glassnote Records. The album was recorded in L.A. with acclaimed producer Jacknife Lee. The surreal, high-octane clip is by critically acclaimed French filmmakers AB/CD/CD, who have worked with the likes of Kasabian and Lily Allen. Most recently, the band recently played to an overflowing tent at the 2012 Bonnaroo Music and Arts festival in Tennessee, with a 22-date North American tour kicking off at N.Y.’s Central Park Sept. 28.
