“VEGAS” HEAT: Capitol/EMI U.K. pop sensation Conor Maynard’s “Vegas Girl” radio activity finds him entering the HITS Vibe-Rater Sweet 16, with his debut album, Contrast, getting a U.S. release Oct. 16 aftrer debuting #1 last week in Britain.
