Green Day's Billie Joe Enters Rehab

GREEN DAY MELTDOWN: Turns out there was something wrong with Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, whose rant against Clear Channel for having to clear the stage resulted in the iHeartRadio Music Festival’s social media moment Friday night (see below). The band announced on their website today that their lead singer will indeed enter rehab: “Billie Joe is seeking treatment for substance abuse. We would like everyone to know that our set was not cut short by Clear Channel and to apologize to those we offended at the iHeartRadio Festival inLas Vegas. We regretfully must postpone some of our upcoming promotional appearances.” Check out the group's performance of "Longview" below. The first of the band’s three Warner Bros. albums, Uno, is slated to come out this Tuesday (9/25). (9/23p)
