Wilco plays "Impossible Germany" at Hyd. Bowl

IMPOSSIBLY HEAVENLY: In Wilco’s first-ever headlining show at the Hollywood Bowl Sunday night—the final U.S. date on the 16-month tour behind The Whole Love—the band delivered one of the most mesmerizing shows in its 18-year history, highlighted by an insanely beautiful performance of the modern-day classic “Impossible Germany.” As usual, it was a showcase for lead guitarist Nels Cline, a local boy who was obviously inspired to be onstage at his hometown’s most iconic venue in front of a throng of Wilco fanatics. Check out a clip of the performance from livemusicblog.com. (10/3a)
