R&RHOF Induction to be held in LA

WELCOME TO L.A.: The 28th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre on Thursday, April 18. It will be just the second time the event has taken place in L.A. (the other was back in 1993, when Cream was inducted and played) ; all other previous ceremonies have been held either in New York or Cleveland, where the Rock Hall is located. The show will be broadcast on HBO at a later date. (10/4a)
