PSY booked in Vegas

VIVA LAS “GANGNAM STYLE”: Speaking of Sin City, PSY will earn about $60k from performing at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s Rehab Pool, Page Six reports. That’s a very good payday, to be sure, but the K-pop phenom’s take doesn’t match those of Vegas regulars Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio ($100k, plus or minus) LMFAO’s Redfoo ($75k). The item notes that PSY is “repped by” Scooter Braun, slightly misrepresenting their association; you may recall that, as “Gangnam Style” was exploding on YouTube, Scooter swooped in and inked the act to his Schoolboy imprint, in association with Republic—presumably meaning he can’t commission the Vegas gig—not that Scooter needs the money. In Page Six’s lead item, Stevie Nicks expresses contrition for the words she chose when she said her gal pal Mariah Carey should have “strangled” Nicki Minaj “to death,” following the official beginning of the anticipated “feud” between the two Idol judges.
