HOLDING COURT: Veteran marketing exec Court McFadden has joined Glassnote Records as Sr. Director of Marketing, based out of the label’s N.Y. office. Commented label head Daniel Glass: “Court comes to Glassnote with experience of working with incredible bands, managers, agents and promoters. This fits in well with our philosophy of supporting the best live artists in the world. And she plays a mean banjo, which comes in handy here.” McFadden joins Glassnote from Flatiron/Borman Management, where she worked closely with My Morning Jacket and Flight of the Conchords. She previously worked at ATO Records with artists such as David Gray, My Morning Jacket, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Ben Kweller, Lisa Hannigan, the Whigs and Jim James. Court is in session at the label beginning today and can be reached at [email protected]. (10/15p)
