WEAKEND BOX OFFICE REPORT: Hollywood has Bella Swan, James Bond and Abe Lincoln to thank for its record $290 million haul on the five-day holiday from Wednesday through Sunday, with The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 2 #1 at $64m, followed by Skyfall with $51m and Spielberg's Lincoln with $34.1m. That tops the previous record of $273m over Thanksgiving 2009, when The Twilight Saga: New Moon led the box office tally. This holiday represented a huge 25% jump from a year ago, when domestic revenues were a weak $232m as some big holiday releases fizzled. Lionsgate’s final installment of the Twilight saga pulled in $43.1m from Friday to Sunday, raising its domestic total to $227m. Sony's Skyfall also topped $200m domestically, ringing up $36m for the three-day weekend to put its U.S. total at $221.7m. DreamworksLincoln took in $25m over the weekend for a domestic haul of $62.2m. Leading the newcomers was Paramount and DreamWorks Animation's tale Rise of the Guardians at #4 with $24m for the weekend and $32.6m since opening Wednesday. Close behind at #5 was Ang Lee's Fox shipwreck saga Life of Pi, with $22m over the weekend, taking n $30.2m domestically since its Wednesday debut (11/26p)
