Top 10 tracks

TOP 10 TRACKS OF THE WEEK: The leaderboard has been ruled by the usual suspects in recent weeks, and the first Top 10 of 2013 is no different. While none of these tracks increased in sales over the record-breaking previous week, which encompassed the Xmas gift card bonanza, the numbers were still respectable, especially for indie upstarts Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, who appear to have a serious smash on their hands. Swedish House Mafia may have one too, returning to the Top 10 after slipping to #16 the previous week, temporarily crushed under the virtual tonnage being generated by the superstars.

1. Taylor Swift, “I Knew You Were Trouble” – 326k
2. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, “Thrift Shop” – 236k
3. Bruno Mars, “Locked Out of Heaven” – 233k
4. will.i.am f/Britney Spears, “Scream & Shout” – 203k
5. Phillip Phillips, “Home” – 196k
6. PSY, “Gangnam Style” – 192k
7. The Lumineers, “Ho Hey” – 186k
8. Justin Bieber f/Nicki Minaj, “Beauty and a Beat” – 173k
9. Rihanna, “Diamonds” – 160k
10. Swedish House Mafia, “Don't You Worry Child” – 153k
