Beyonce Tour Announcement

CARTER COUNTRIES: Fresh off her halftime triumph (see below), Beyoncé has released the deets on her upcoming Mrs. Carter Show World Tour. Naturally, it kicks off in Belgrade on April 15, hitting some key Balkan markets before making its bootylicious way west through France, the U.K. and other landmarks of Western civilization, then touching down stateside on June 28 at L.A.'s Staples Center and moving on to 21 other U.S. cities through August 3. Rumors that former President Jimmy Carter has lusted in his heart for more than one Mrs. Carter could not be confirmed at presstime. (2/4p)
