Clear Channel Connections New Org Structure

I HEART SYNERGY: Clear Channel Media and Entertainment's Connections group, which functions within the National Sales, Marketing and Partnerships division and focuses on "expanding alliances with national advertisers and partners," has announced its new organizational structure and hailed several new (and newly upped) execs. Connections will be organized into three regions, East (topped by new SVP Laura Hagen, formerly a sales wiz at NBC News), Central (presided over by SVP Kristina Lutz, most recently of Starcom USA) and West (under the auspices of SVP Adrienne Pabst). All three will report to Connections prez Greg Glenday. Newly appointed veeps Gayle O'Carroll and Chris Baskin will report to Lutz; freshly promoted Britt Levine will join Erin Collier as VP and both will report to Pabst. The new structure will facilitate Connections group's alignment with CC's National Sales, Marketing and Partnerships strategy led by Tim Castelli. "Expanding the Connections team and rooting our executives in key regions throughout the country further enriches Clear Channel Media and Entertainment's ability to develop innovative and effective marketing programs that connect national advertising partners with our more than 239 million monthly listeners across the country," said Glenday, adding that each new executive will receive a signed 8x10 of Bob Pittman.
