SURPRISE, SURPRISE: Those rumors are true—the Rolling Stones are playing a surprise show at L.A.’s relatively intimate Echoplex, and it isn’t a surprise that there’s a mass of humanity queuing up for the ticket lottery; tokens are being handed out right now not at the Echoplex but at the El Rey, for some reason.
