BLINDSIDED: In his latest column, posted this morning, I.B. Bad cryptically asks, “What major label ruler is said to be deeply regretful about having granted a rich label deal to a former major-label head, who has yet to deliver anything remotely resembling a commercially viable act?” At which point, the entire industry considers the possible candidates for this dubious honor, some inevitably wondering, “Could he be referring to me?!” the rest enjoying the hell out of the blood sport.
