Mumford bassist undergoing brain surgery

THEY WILL WAIT FOR YOU: Our best wishes for a speedy recovery to bassist Ted Dwane of Glassnote's Mumford & Sons, who is undergoing surgery to remove a blood clot from his brain. The Brit chart-toppers have canceled three U.S. dates (in Dallas, Woodlands, TX, and New Orleans, all sold out) this week so Dwane can receive expeditious treatment. Those dates will reportedly be rescheduled ASAP, and the band will appear at the Glastonbury festival on 6/30. Feel better soon, Ted. (6/11p)
