SMURFTASTIC 2: We told you that Britney Spears' "Ooh La La" kicked off Monday with a debut on Ryan Seacrest and a video on VEVO. Well, today the Dr. Luke-produced Smurfs 2 soundtrack hit is #1 Most Added, including KIIS, B96, WKSC, KHKS, WXKS, WFLZ, KAMP and more, as Joe Riccitelli's RCA team (which enjoys #1 chart share in the brand-new Mediabase report, about which more later) knocks another one out of the park. Meanwhile, iTunes watchers note that the track is being listed as an album-only download, bundled with a song by Kemosabe girl group G.R.L.
