Trial update: slow day

TRIAL UPDATE: Following three days of sometimes charged testimony from Kenny Ortega, which appeared to strengthen the Jackson family’s contention that AEG Live’s Randy Phillips and Paul Gongaware were determined to get Michael Jackson through his scheduled run of 50 dates in London at all costs, the mood lightened somewhat yesterday as MJ’s nephew Taj Jackson took the stand. The most amusing moment occurred when AEG lawyer Kathryn Cahan confused nanny Grace Rawaramba with legal expert Nancy Grace while questioning Taj. Things should get more interesting Monday when CPA Arthur Erk, who audits the earnings of some of the world's biggest entertainers, give his opinions on how much income Jackson would have earned had he lived long enough to get through his comeback tour.
