Live Nation traffic advisory

MAGNA CARTA PARKING LOT: Live Nation has issued a traffic advisory for 7/26, the night Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake roll through San Francisco with their Legends of the Summer spectacular. The crux: There's gonna be a lot of traffic. With 70k-capacity Candlestick Park hosting the chart-topping stars (and a Giants game, an A's game and a John Mayer show happening around the Bay Area on the same night), folks are urged to carpool or use public transportation, if possible, and to stay off the 101. It's gonna be cluster-funky, yo! But if you're in the area and plan to soak up the magic, check here for logistical info. Expect similar pandemonium as this blockbuster show winds its way across the country. Also please note that, after getting their smoke on, a carload of UMPG staffers will get lost and end up in Atascadero. (7/16p)
