ROYALS: Paul McCartney agreed to pose for a photo op with Clive Davis last weekend at Larry Gagosian’s estate in East Hampton in return for getting comped with an autographed audiobook of Clive’s tome, The Soundtrack of My Life—reportedly because he wanted to learn more about the music business. Among the other dignitaries who popped byLarry’s crib to genuflect in front of His Cliveness were Jack Nicholson, Jon Bon Jovi, Owen Wilson, Roger Waters, Jimmy Buffett, Anjelica Huston and Chevy Chase, who simulated tripping over Clive’s ego.
