FOOTBALL + BREASTS: Why are Ticketmaster tickets pink for the month of October? For Breast Cancer Awareness Month and as part of the NFL's "A Crucial Catch" breast-cancer awareness initiative. Part of the proceeds from every NFL ticket sold this month via Live Nation-owned Ticketmaster and NFL Ticket Exchange (the sanctioned football-ticket resale market), meanwhile, will benefit the American Cancer Society's work against breast cancer. A Ticketmaster spokesperson declined to comment on rumors that they also thought it was funny to force football-obsessed men to buy pink tickets. (10/2p)
