Astralwerks-Deadmau5 deal

A BETTER MAU5TRAP: Deadmau5 has a new U.S. home at Astralwerks, which will release the EDM trailblazer's own future recordings as well as becoming the exclusive distributor and label partner for the mau5trap imprint. The two-tiered deal, through which Deadmau5 becomes both a roster artist and label partner for the U.S., is the first of its kind for Astralwerks. The first release in the partnership will be the mau5trap comp We Are Friends Vol. 2, hitting on 11/12. (10/14a)
