SEE YOU IN VEGAS: RCA diva Britney Spears today unveiled the cover art for her forthcoming full-length, Britney Jean (due out 12/3), as well as a handwritten letter to fans expressing her appreciation for their support and teasing some of the album's content. Her new single, "Perfume," hits 11/5, which is also the date pre-orders are slated to begin. Brit's Piece of Me residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, meanwhile, kicks off on 12/19. (10/25p)
