Beats Party

BEATS WORKING: The Beats Music launch party is slated for this Friday night in L.A., hosted by big boss Jimmy Iovine, Dr. Dre, financier/WMG owner (and survivor of the aluminum wars) Len Blavatnik, private-equity superstar Mark Rowan and Beats Music execs Trent Reznor, Luke Wood and Ian Rogers. We're promised a '90s hip-hop playlist curated by Iovine, Paul Rosenberg, Dre and Eminem, and we rather imagine the goodie bags will be off the hook. The streaming service kicked off today, which is why we're "starting a riot at work with co-workers to vintage klezmer." (1/21p)
