FNF recap

FNF GETS AN A: We assumed—correctly—that Friday night’s Friends 'N' Family gathering at the Park Plaza Hotel would be one of Grammy week’s biggest weasel fests. This year’s bash, benefiting VH1 Save the Music, looked like a SXSW preview, as dozens of "hosts" including Greg Thompson, Joe Riccitelli, Steve Barnett, Ken Bunt, Cameron Strang, Big Jon Platt, Dan McCarroll, Jordan Feldstein, Dr. Luke, Jeff Kwatinetz, Barry Weiss, Ron Fair, Rob Stevenson, Bob Morelli, Mark Beaven and Andy Kipnes rubbed elbows with such attendees as Andy Gould, Evan Bogart, Angelica Cob-Baehler, Jason Bernard, Danny Cooper, T.I., Leona Lewis, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora, Jessica Ashley, Steve Baltin, Josh Abraham, Skrillex, Zach Katz, Mio Vukovic, Nick Bedding and several reality-TV “Housewives.” Said our embedded correspondent: “By moving the party from the Paramount lot to the Park Plaza, the organizers thoughtfully traded in parking issues and a wait to get in for a less crowded and easier-to-enter facility. As big as it was, this year’s FNF party still had that music-industry summer-camp vibe, which made for some nice catching up.” (1/25p)
