YOUR WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: The Kevin Hart-Ice Cube comedy Ride Along cruised to a second week of box-office dominion this weekend, bringing its total haul to $75 million (thrice its budget). The rest of the Top 5 was essentially the same, but for Frozen (now at about $350m) and Jack Ryan switching spots. The Top 10’s only debut was Lionsgate’s I, Frankenstein, which scared up just $8.2m (good for #6).
Big gainers among the awards-grabbing elite are Dallas Buyers Club (+117%), Nebraska (+63%) and 12 Years a Slave (+31%). (1/27a)
