TWO LONELY BOYS: Ray LaMontagne gets the Dan Auerbach treatment on his fifth album, Supernova, hitting 5/6 via RCA. The busy Black Keys singer/guitarist produced the record in his Nashville studio, but little is yet known about the specifics apart from the involvement of lo-fi cult hero and frequent Auerbach collaborator Seth Kauffman of Floating Action, who recently acknowledged he was present at the sessions. LaMontagne’s previous album, 2010’s God Willin' & the Creek Don't Rise, debuted at #3 and went on to win a 2011 Grammy for Best Contemporary Folk Album. (2/12a)
