THE DECLINE OF PRINT JOURNALISM, PART 5,284: Disney's Frozen graced the cover of our most recent print issue, preceding its twin Oscar victories for Best Animated Feature and Best Song ("Let It Go"). Disney Music Group ruler Ken Bunt has a lot to celebrate, though appearing on the cover of our freezer-burned mag (and enduring a Q&A with us) undoubtedly left him cold.

Our featured Contents VIP is Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino. The company's Q4 numbers find it on a record high, with a stunning $6.5 billion in revenue for the year and $1.6 billion for the quarter. Largely powered by growing ticket sales (especially in country and EDM), the surge reflects Rapino's sure hand in an evolving marketplace. Though he probably wishes there were a ticket to get him out of this HITS Contents appearance. (3/3p)
