Jonnie "Most" Davis joins Round Hill Music

BEST DAY OF HIS LIFE: Writer/producer Jonnie "Most" Davis has joined Round Hill Music as SVP A&R and Head of Label Services. The Berklee grad has written, produced, and/or mixed for such artists as P!nk, Marc Anthony, Biggie Smalls, P. Diddy, OutKast, Usher and Santigold. During his previous gig at Mirrorball Entertainment, Davis discovered and developed indie band American Authors, who were subsequently signed to a publishing deal with Round Hill, which led to Davis’ joining the pubco, founded by Josh Gruss in 2010. American Authors have a hit single with the still-growing “Best Day of My Life”; the Brooklyn band’s debut album (Island/IDJ) was released yesterday. (3/4a)
