TEA

TEA TOTALING: Some weeks, the TEA standings are nearly identical to the frontline Top 10s, but on occasion the two charts are radically different. Disney, which topped the frontline chart, is way down at #9 in TEA this week, despite having the #1 album in Frozen and the #3 single in Idina Menzel’s “Let It Go”; TEA totaling just shy of 175k converted units. But Columbia’s combo platter, serving up double portions from Pharrell and John Legend, albums from Beyoncé, the Glee Cast and Foster the People, and DJ Snake & Lil Jon’s #7 single, has done it with numbers again. Big Red edged IGA, which moved tonnage overall without the benefit of a massive album or single, though Aloe Blacc had another solid week on both fronts. (4/3a)
