Looks like we’re in for an in-house battle of Columbia smashes between Pharrell’s “Happy,” which is oh so gradually losing attitude—although moving nearly 300k digits after umpteen weeks is hardly cause for lamentation—and John Legend’s “All of Me,” which is still ascending, if only by 1%. Will Legend succeed his labelmate on the top perch in the next week or two, or will some other record crash the party? As usual, we have no clue, but considering the fact that Luke Bryan’s “Play It Again” is the only Top 10 entry on a noticeably upward trajectory (+40%), the next chart-topper could be something shiny and new…
